Deposit/Payment
A deposit of 50% is payable at time of booking. We accept Mastercard and Visa, or if you would prefer to pay by direct deposit, please contact us for bank details.
The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival and is deducted from your nominated credit card unless otherwise requested.
Conditions
Check-in time is from 2:00pm
Check-out time is by 10:00am.
Please note that when booking for 2 guests, you will have access to 1 bedroom only. An additional charge will apply for an additional bedroom. When booking for 3 or 4 guests you will have access to the 2nd bedroom. When booking for 5 or 6 guests you will have access to the 3rd bedroom. Additional linen costs may apply for each additional bedroom.
Late checkout may be arranged (dependent on incoming bookings). The cottage is strictly non-smoking.
All payments are non-refundable. However, bookings are transferrable within a 12 month period, providing that the alteration is made more than 14 days prior to arrival date. No alterations can be made less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
